hamdi el-ghitani

I’m a Marketing Manager and Hands-On Marketing Strategist with a background built through years of hands-on experience across digital marketing, creative strategy, customer psychology, branding, funnel analysis, and marketing operations.

I believe effective marketing starts long before launching a campaign. It starts with understanding the customer, the market, the offer, and the business problem, then turning those insights into a clear strategy and practical action.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across B2B, B2C, SaaS, consumer, and service businesses, taking on roles that have allowed me to move from execution into strategy, team leadership, and broader marketing management.

I’ve built digital marketing capabilities from the ground up, developed and led teams, built marketing systems and SOPs, worked on company rebrands and product launches, and connected acquisition with landing pages, CRM, sales processes, tracking, and reporting.

At Al-Baseer Tires & Batteries, for example, I built the digital marketing function from scratch and led the company’s rebrand, website, product branding, and digital marketing initiatives. During my tenure, the company grew from approximately EGP 10–16M in monthly sales to as much as EGP 50M.

What interests me most is the space where customer psychology, creative strategy, and business objectives meet. I enjoy finding the problem behind the numbers, developing hypotheses, testing ideas, and building marketing systems that can actually work in the real world.

I’m still very much a hands-on marketer. I believe strategy becomes more valuable when the person developing it understands how it gets executed — and execution becomes more effective when it is guided by a clear understanding of the customer and the business.
